Building outdoor team building programs has always been at the core of what we do. As workforces have been temporarily displaced, getting everyone together, in a socially responsible way, is key to your success. Let us present your team with a challenging situation, and watch the learning begin. All of our adventure learning activities are geared at creating experiences from which a team can learn team-based skills that can be implemented in an office setting.

We have built our reputation by helping build creative experiences that help a team meet specific and desired goals. You choose to come to our base at The Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, or have us come to your retreat or office location to put together a memorable outdoor team building event.

Are you looking an App Based, City Wide Scavenger Hunt? What about a Mountain Bike Experience in the Colorado Back Country? Fly Fishing, Axe Throwing, Archery or Hiking-– our facilitators and guides can plan the perfect corporate get away. We have ½ day, full day and multi day programs.

From the moment of first contact, our facilitators work with you as a partner. The content, flow and details of your experience will be custom designed, based on your stated goals and desired outcomes. Our creative process is an interactive one. Once we’ve designed a custom program, we look to all parties involved for input and ideas. This winning formula will help you and your team achieve their goals.

Falconry Workshops & Experiences–Corporate

Offer your meeting guests a memorable intimate insights into the lives of raptors. By spending an evening with these unique birds and our staff, your attendees will leave having experienced an unforgettable hour. Check out our Corporate Falconry Workshops. PRIVATE DEMONSTRATIONS AND LESSONS Do you want to create a memorable night for your employees or clients? Consider reserving the exceptional falconers and birds of prey provided by The Falconry and Raptor Education Foundation.

FALCONRY COCKTAIL HOUR During your cocktail hour, falconers and birds will mingle with guests and talk about the natural history of the birds. They can discuss the history of falconry and conduct a flying demonstration if possible. We can staff indoor or outdoor events! PRIVATE 1-HR DEMONSTRATION Don’t have time during your cocktail hour? Reserve a private lesson just for the members of your group. During this private hour, your guests will have a chance to spend time with our falconer and several birds. Typically, your guests will have a chance to see hawks, falcons and owls at our flying field. This option is great for larger groups who want an intro to Falconry. BEGINNER’S LESSON  The lesson begins with a flying demonstration and a chance to learn about the fascinating history of this sport. Then, you will be transported to our mews where you will meet the rest of our birds. After learning the appropriate techniques from our professional guides, you will get to hold a trained hawk on your fist. This lesson is truly a once in a lifetime experience! Cocktail Tomahawk Toss

Have you ever thrown a traditional tomahawk? Try your hand while being cheered on by your colleagues! The Tomahawk Toss is exciting for both participants and observers. Guests will get a short explanation from their guides and a chance to sink the tomahawk in the target. They can throw one or keep coming back until they master the skill.
