The Greenbrier Main Dining Room

Now that your meeting at The Greenbrier is over, or breaks head out, and find some dining options.

The Forum, located in The Greenbrier, will have you feeling like you are in Rome. Sip a nice beverage as you enjoy some traditional Italian music and enjoy the aroma of the cuisine.

Neapolitan pizza is hand-tossed, and the handpicked tomatoes from the garden is truly a house delicatessen. Authentic dishes that are designed and honor Italy will have you begging for more.

Start with some Chicken Parm Italian Panni, Minestrone, or a Classic Caesar salad to warm up your palate as you slide into your entrée of Mushroom Tortellini, or Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells.

End your meal with some Black Forest Cake, Greenbrier Peaches, or Gelato, available in five incredible flavors. Wash it all down with a glass of NO. 1634 La Roncaia, Picolt.

For a different flair, try Mexico meets Italy, The Forum’s take on the classic Margarita.

Reservations are recommended, and proper resort attire, such as a collared sports shirt, is required for entry.

B Sweet Confectionery is the place to head when your sweet tooth is calling. In addition to a 3-layer round cake to cupcakes, your sweet craving will be delightfully pleasured. With eighteen flavors ranging from Red Velvet to Sunshine, there is something for everyone in your group.

Twelve delicious flavors of ice cream also will aid in calming your sweet temptation. There are no wacky flavors here, just some great ice cream that is homemade.

When your coworkers are not as interested in cupcakes as much as you, no problem, five different salad options are awaiting their plate, as a bonus, roasted chicken is available if desired.

Sandwiches are also another option to fuel your hunger. Enjoy some incredible Boar’s Head meat on a croissant, New York style bagel, or wrap.

Top any of your options off with some Route 11 Kettle Chips.

Should any of your meeting coworkers have an upcoming wedding, B Sweet Confectionery also makes engagement, groom, and wedding cakes!

Feed your back-home barbecue hunger at Road Hog’s Barbecue! This restaurant smokes their meat on-site and real slow in a smoker loaded with aged West Virginia hardwoods.

Owned and operated by two White Sulphur Springs locals, Road Hog’s Barbecue offers up their signature sandwiches of The Hog, Hello Hello, and The Mighty Fine. Each of these sandwiches is served on a potato bun. A variety of pulled pork, pulled chicken, or steak and cheese are options.

Wash whatever you decide on down with a cold can brewski of Budweiser, Miller Lite, or Coors Light, to name a few.  For a heartier thirst, enjoy a Big Timber Pia, or Blue Ribbon. Another cool option is wine in a can! Yes, your party can enjoy Tiamo Red Wine or Santa Julia Rose as you chow down on The Big D Burger.

When your meeting participants cannot leave The Greenbrier, do not worry, Road Hog’s Barbecue delivers. Pick a Picnic Lunch Box, Big Party Platter, or LIL’ Party Platter to satisfy the group’s hunger!
